...to a hockey game, a turkey feast and Seattle.

Whew, a lot has happened in just the last couple of days.
First off, Happy Birthday Kim!!! You sexy beast! Yeah nothing but fun on Kimbo's birthday. I got to Centralia after three hours of sitting in traffic and I wanted nothing more than to see the birthday girl. EYC was hosting the first annual broomstick hockey tournament, wow was that fun. I was on a rockin team that included Brent, Jay, Carissa and me. We lost to a prolonged shoot out, but we'll be back next year to win the tournament. After the tournament, we took Kim out to Sharis to relax and have some fun. I arrived back home at 2:30 am and went straight to bed. Pretty much the cutest ref I've ever seen!
Thanksgiving morning! (I woke up extremely sore, from playing hockey I guess.) My family was having the usual meal at my grandparents house in Kent. It was a smaller group than usual this year because some people went off to the other side of their families. So we decided to ask some thought-provoking questions. The best one was "If you were to get a tattoo, what would it be and where would you have it?" The prize winning answer goes to my grandpa. "Well I don't know what I would get... you know sometimes when girls bend over you see a tattoo on their back... I don't know how far down they go but..." I don't remember what the rest of his sentence was because we all broke out in laughter. It was pretty funny. That's my mom with her mom and her brother. We left from there and went straight to Seattle. We decided to celebrate my mom's birthday (which is on the 24th) and Thanksgiving together and spend a few nights in Seattle.
On the day after Thanksgiving we were not shopping at 4 in the morning. We were sleeping until 7 when we got up to get ready for the Macy's day-after Thanksgiving day parade. That was fun, but very cold. I wasn't sure if I had toes or not by the time Santa came around. My favorite character from the parade was this guy. Disco man. Wow. Pretty amazing huh? We thought he had an ipod in because his head was continually bobbing. We just spent the rest of the day wondering around Seattle taking in the sights. And the weekend isn't even over yet!
